Member Services Representative
Position Summary:
An exciting opportunity to learn valuable banking skills as a Member Service Representative. In this position, you will open and service accounts and deliver other products and services to members of the Credit Union through cross-sales. You will meet with members and ascertain their financial service needs, open accounts, and explain the features and benefits of products and services. You will assist members with applications for mortgage and home equity loans by providing required forms and materials. The MSR will perform a variety of clerical and support functions as well as serve as a teller and performs applicable functions when required.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school education plus one to two years’ experience in a customer service role
- Excellent customer service, specifically on the telephone
- Demonstrates working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
