AISHA MILBURY ELLIS, CHAIR
Mrs. Milbury Ellis, a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts and New England School of Law, has over 16 years of experience with the Board of Bar Overseers and Office of Bar Counsel. She specializes in commercial contracts, employment law, personal torts, and workplace investigations. She founded her own firm, Milbury-Ellis Law, and serves on the Revere School Committee.
ANTHONY DESTEFANO, VICE CHAIR
Mr. DeStefano worked in IT for 30 years. Member of the FPCU for over 35 years. Served on Board of Directors for nine yesrs. Currently Vice Chair and member of the IT and Audit Committees.
MARIA VALENTINI, CLERK
Maria Valentini-Brito, is the Human Resources Director at NeighborHealth (formerly East Boston Neighborhood Health Center). Maria has 35 years of Human Resources experience, developing expertise in recruitment, benefits, employee relations, HRIS and other areas of HR management.
CARLETON G. TARPINIAN, TREASURER
Mr. Tarpinian has proudly served on the First Priority Credit Union Board of Directors since 2014. He has over 60 years business experience and focused on real estate for the last 40 years of his career.
JOSEPH TIERNEY
Joe Tierney is a tax attorney, who has been a valued member of the board of directors of First Priority Credit Union since 2013, serving as its chair from 2019 through 2022. During his tenure, Joe has cultivated relationships with various stakeholders in the financial services industry, and routinely utilizes these connections to better serve the membership of First Priority. His enthusiasm for enhancing the credit union's brand and image seamlessly aligns with his deep-rooted belief in the transformative power of financial services.
MARTIN SCAFIDI
Post his graduation from Waltham High School in 1963, he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Bentley University in 1967. He began his successful career in accounting, ultimately becoming President of Martin J. Scafidi CPA in 1990. Martin was elected to the Board of First Priority Credit Union in 2008 where he contributed his financial insight as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and continues to serve.
JOHN CASCIANO
Mr. Casciano is proud of the fact that this Credit Union was created by Postal workers over 100 years ago to improve their living standards. It has improved, expanded and evolved these many past years. As a retired Letter Carrier and union representative he first joined in 1980, and have used many of their services, including mortgage, savings & checking benefits, and remains a proud member today.
ROBERT LOSI
As a former postal employee, Mr. Losi has found it to be an honor to serve on the Board for over 30 years. As we celebrate our hundredth anniversary it brings him joy to know we will continue to thrive and prosper.

ANTHONY "TONY" PACIULLI, CEO
Over 35 years of financial experience, Mr. Paciulli is a firm believer in being part of and supporting the community's we participate in. Playing a role in developing and teaching team members as well as observing the impact on FPCU and it's members is what motivates him each day. Mr. Paciulli also serves as an active member of the Board of Directors.
YARILIN DELAROSA, PRESIDENT

Her strategic mindset and strong analytical skills have driven effective financial planning and analysis at FPCU, positively impacting growth and effeciency. With expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and compliance, she is dedicated to the company's financial well-being. Yarilin's committment to excellence and understanding of market dynamics allow her to make informed decisions that support both current and future business needs, while also fostering a healthy financial enviroment for others to succeed.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Yarilin is an active Board Member of the East Boston Soup Kitchen, where she serves on both the Finance/Audit Committee and Human Resources Committee. Her involvement reflects a longstanding commitment to community service and helping those in need. Driven by her upbringing and a desire to give back, she is passionate about creating opportunities for individuals and families to achieve financial stability while strengthening the communities First Priority Credit Union serves.
SANJANA KUMAR, VICE PRESIDENT
Ms. Kumar brings years of extensive experience in member service, deposit operations, regulatory compliance, and organizational leadership. With a comprehensive understanding of credit union operations, she is committed to building strong, efficient teams and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. She works closely across departments to strengthen operations, enhance the member experience, and support the credit union's long-term strategic goals. Her leadership is guided by a commitment to service, integrity, and developing solutions that strengthen both the organization and its members.
In addition to her role at First Priority Credit Union, Sanjana recently joined the Board of Directors of NOAH Community Development Corporation, further demonstrating her dedication to community development, affordable housing, and expanding opportunities that help individuals and families thrive.
