Member Service Representative
Job Description:
An exciting opportunity to learn valuable banking skills as a Member Service Representative. In this position, you will open and service accounts and deliver other products and services to members of the Credit Union through cross-selling. You will meet with members and ascertain their financial services needs, open accounts, and explain the benefits of our products and services. You will assist members with applications for mortgage and home equity loans by providing required forms and materials. You will perform a variety of clerical and support functions as well as serve as a teller and perform applicable functions when required.

Position Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service, telephone, and computer skills as well as some sales experience and a flexible work schedule.
Requirements:
High School education plus one to two years' experience in customer service. Bilingual experience is a plus!
Pay:
$21.00/HR
