The First Priority Credit Union team was proud to attend APEX 2025, held at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut from October 15–17, hosted by the Cooperative Credit Union Association (CCUA) and the Credit Union League of Connecticut. This annual event brought together credit union professionals from across the region to exchange ideas, explore innovations, and strengthen the cooperative movement through collaboration and learning.

Throughout the conference, our team participated in engaging sessions focused on leadership, technology, and the future of financial services. We also had the opportunity to sit in on inspiring keynote speeches, including presentations from Allison Cerra, Chief Marketing Officer at Alkami Technology, who discussed the forces shaping the future of finance; Drew Bledsoe, former NFL quarterback and entrepreneur, who shared insights on leadership and reinvention; and Linda Nedelcoff, Chief HR & Strategy Officer at TruStage, who spoke about empowering the next generation of leaders.

Attending APEX 2025 allowed our leadership team to gather valuable insights on emerging trends, compliance, and member engagement strategies that will help us continue to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions to our members. We look forward to applying what we’ve learned and continuing to grow alongside the credit union community.
