FPCU Joints the Beat at ZUMIX's Walk for Music 2025!

First Priority Credit Union was proud to take part in the annual ZUMIX Walk for Music 2025 in East Boston—an inspiring community celebration of music, youth empowerment, and neighborhood pride. The event brought together supporters and advocates of all ages to help fund ZUMIX's mission of building community through music and creative technology.

Our very own Gaby Perry, FPCU’s Business Development Officer and active board member of both ZUMIX and the East Boston Chamber of Commerce, proudly represented us at the event. She was joined by Aisha Milbury- Ellis, FPCU Board Member, along with Retail team members Fatima Jawhari and Noura Adel, showcasing FPCU’s deep commitment to community engagement.

We were honored to walk alongside public leaders such as Senator Lydia Edwards, City Councilor Gaby (Gigi) Coletta Zapata, and Adam Klein, former ZUMIX board member. Also in attendance were Johnny Giraldo, ZUMIX Board Member and founder of Salsa y Control, as well as fellow board members Alissa Morin, Corey DePina (Program Director), and Madeleine Steczynski, ZUMIX’s passionate co-founder and Executive Director.

At FPCU, we believe in supporting the organizations that uplift and empower our community. ZUMIX continues to be a powerful force for youth leadership, creative expression, and positive change—and we’re proud to walk in step with their mission.
